We have invested in paint spraying equipment from the German company Spies Hecker, the world's leading supplier of products for automobile, commercial vehicle and industrial finishing.

Manufacturers including Jaguar, Land Rover and Aston Martin all recommend Spies Hecker paint products.

We use Permahyd®, one of the world's first complete high opacity waterborne refinishing paint systems - waterborne technology complies with today's stricter VOC regulations. Spies Hecker has set several new standards with this system in terms of quality, cost-effectiveness and eco-friendliness.

All Spies Hecker products undergo the strictest quality checks and conform to the highest industry standards (ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949:2002).

Vehicles are meticuously prepared in our workshops with dents being filled and new panels fitted as required by our highly trained staff.

Vehicles are then moved into the low bake oven and non-paint areas covered.

The vehicle is sprayed firstly with a coat of base paint then 2 coats of high solids lacquer.

The vehicle is low baked at 60-80 DegC in a temperature controlled environment.

Finally the vehicle is inspected and valeted ready to go back on the road.
